Senior Billing Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to execute daily billing functions and ensure accurate, transparent, and timely invoices. The candidate will be responsible for navigating the complexities of New Relic's usage-based billing and contributing to the Global Billing Process Playbook.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Billing or Revenue Operations within a SaaS environment
• Deep understanding of recurring revenue, consumption-based billing, and deferred revenue concepts
• High proficiency with Billing Platforms (e.g., Zuora), Salesforce, and NetSuite
• Advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
