Job Description
New River Valley Community Services is seeking a Clinician for their New Life Recovery Center in Radford, VA. The role involves providing clinical, case management, and consultation services within residential and outpatient substance abuse programs, along with fostering relationships with individuals and stakeholders. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible human services field
- Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist preferred
- At least one year of clinical experience with individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental/intellectual disabilities, preferred
- Knowledge of NRVCS programs and community resources is preferred
- Ability to work in both individual and group settings.
