Job Description
The REACH Coordinator supports individuals with developmental disabilities, families/caregivers, and support providers through community partnerships to improve treatment and service outcomes. They act as a vital community resource and coordinate admission into REACH services.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in a Human Services related field.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health.
- QMHP requirements.
- Additional compensation consideration for language fluency.
