The CSRD Reporting Manager ensures that the client meets all Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements in a structured, accurate and audit-ready way.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate reporting, sustainability/ESG reporting, finance, or risk/compliance functions within an international organization.
- Proven track record in data assurance, audit preparation, or internal controls related to non-financial or financial disclosures.
- Experience with EU sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, GRI,TCFD) or other regulatory reporting requirements.
- Strong background in data management and analytics, including data quality assurance, dashboarding, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Familiarity with reporting systems, workflow tools, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compliant, and insightful disclosures.
- Experience in designing or delivering training and change management programs related to reporting or compliance is a plus.
