New Virginia Majority is hiring Canvassers to work on a year-round civic engagement program, mobilizing and organizing people across the state to raise awareness about a ballot referendum on redistricting and provide voters with voting information.

• Willingness to learn new technological tools and troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to communicate across lines of difference
• Self motivated, organized and able to work independently
• Ability to work long, irregular hours
