Head of School (Teacher Certification Required)

NY Preschool & Kids Club is a leading provider of early childhood education and private enrichment classes. The Certified Head of School is responsible for driving excellence across sales, operations, team development, educational oversight, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in early childhood education (birth-2) or elementary education (1-6), plus a NY state teaching certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
• Minimum of 2 years as a Preschool Lead Teacher
• Experience in a similar sales or enrollment-focused role
• Experience with NY DOH licensing compliance, Article 47 preferred
• Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic early childhood environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
