Job Description
The New York Mets is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role will provide expert-level support for Workday HCM and extended modules, including Benefits and Payroll, and will serve as a key partner to the Human Resources team to enhance HR effectiveness and improve the overall employee experience.
Requirements
- Lead configuration and support across Workday HCM modules
- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Workday HCM
- Partner with HR team to understand business needs and deliver effective Workday solutions
- Manage and prioritize Workday system enhancements, upgrades, and new feature implementations
- Provide support for Workday integrations with other internal and external systems
- Track issues and identify potential risks with enhancements
- Create and deliver training materials and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for HR team and end users
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday platform
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes
- Proactively recommend enhancements to end user experience and system improvements
- Build reports and dashboards to support HR Leadership and other stakeholders
- Assist with managing Workday security roles and permissions
