Assistant Wellness Editor (Temporary), New York Post

The New York Post is looking for a temporary Assistant Wellness Editor to work from mid-May through mid-December. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can juggle reporting, writing, and editing while maintaining attention to detail. They must be plugged into the world of health and wellness and able to translate complex data into buzzy, tabloid-style hits.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an editor in an online news environment, ideally with a focus on health and wellness
• Proficiency in digital strategy, analytics, and SEO best practices and tools
• Experience managing and mentoring reporters of varying experience levels
• Ability to work a full-time M-F 10–6 schedule
