Real Estate Reporter, New York Post

The New York Post is looking for a full-time Real Estate Reporter to cover New York City and national residential real estate. The candidate should be an independent and highly motivated self-starter with strong industry contacts and the ability to write engaging stories under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in journalism or related field
• At least three years of experience as a real estate reporter, preferably residential real estate
• Exceptional writing skills with a keen understanding of fact-checking and SEO principles
• A creative thinker with an ability to find fun approaches to stories and to be receptive to feedback
• Strong knowledge of trends in residential real estate, both locally and nationally
