Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience managing social media for a news organization
• Proven experience in multimedia content creation and social publishing across digital platforms
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong editorial judgment with excellent writing and copy-editing skills
• Current knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
• Hands-on experience managing large social media accounts with measurable success in audience growth and engagement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced newsroom, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills under tight deadlines
