The Senior Planner is accountable for the daily management and coordination of NYPA's overall operations, including overseeing and monitoring operational performance, preparing operating budgets, and analyzing investments.
Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- 2-year AAS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 8 years related utility, construction management, maintenance or planning experience required with HS Diploma OR Minimum of 6 years related utility, construction management, maintenance, or planning experience required with AAS Degree.
- Approximately 25% travel, primarily within NYS, (Regional maintenance area for Central, Northern, Southern and Western New York, and Transmission right-of-way).
- Valid NYS Driver’s License
