Administrative Manager

The Administrative Manager is a key member of the Office of the CIO in NYU IT, managing projects, program development, budgets, and strategic initiatives, providing executive assistance, and representing IT leadership at select meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience providing principal management support to executive leaders in a large and complex organization
• Experience with special event planning, office management, purchasing, data analysis, and supervising staff
