Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development under your belt
• Comfortable with modern back-end frameworks like Node, Django,.NET Core, or Rails
• Your front-end game is strong, especially with frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, or similar
• Designed robust REST or GraphQL APIs and built well-structured schemas across both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, as well as CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
• Ability to mentor others and help shape team standards
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical clients
