Requirements
- Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities through business development function.
- Develops negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners; needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Ensures regular alignment and open communication between Trade Sales Group and Marketing Department to maximize brand efforts and initiatives.
- Aligns sales fundamentals, such as Distribution, Display, Promotion and Price with Brand strategies to come up with well-defined enhancement plans.
- Owns responsibility in the development, execution and monitoring of programs created to increase presence and off-take.
- Ensures that brand objectives are well achieved and met in all trade channels by means of studying trade analytics/ behavior for effective decision making.
- Presents to top level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Reviews and Updates monthly Marketing Budget Plan exhibiting brand, trade and Business Development efficient expense management and spending.
- Collaborates both with Research and Development and Supply Chain for timely and effective execution of Marketing plans and directions.
- Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
