Job Description
We are looking for a QA Assistant to join our team at Newborn Food Products, Inc. in Meycauayan, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying the quality of our products, including raw peanuts, roasted peanuts, and bulk oil (BO).
Requirements
- Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from wrinkled/off size/"bulok"/foreign matter: stones/thread/rubber.
- Monitor Roasting Settings and Roasted Peanut Output: Temperature/Time/%MC /Appearance/taste/Texture
- Verify and summarize Quality of Roasted Peanuts
- Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from Peanut heart/powder/unblanched/"bulok".
- Check quantity requirement for mixing area.
- Quality check of roasted peanuts for process.
- Supervise and monitor BO Checker from evaluation of daily BO returns
- Summarize monthly BO returns thru BO Returns template.
