HSE Site Specialist

The HSE Site Specialist supports the implementation and day-to-day management of Health, Safety and Environmental activities at Site level, ensuring compliance with Company QHSE management systems and with applicable Italian legislation.

Requirements

• Supports the implementation and day-to-day management of Health, Safety and Environmental activities
• Ensures compliance with Company QHSE management systems and Italian legislation
• Assists in the implementation and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental management system
• Performs routine HSE inspections, audits and workplace monitoring activities
• Supports the development and update of Risk Assessments, method statements and HSE plans
• Ensures the correct application of HSE procedures
• Participates in the investigation and analysis of accidents, near misses and non-conformities
• Monitors HSE performance indicators and maintains HSE records and reporting systems
• Supports the organisation and delivery of HSE training, toolbox talks and awareness programmes
• Assists in the management of emergency preparedness activities, drills and first response arrangements
• Contributes to environmental monitoring activities and correct management of waste, emissions and environmental aspects
• Supports the qualification and HSE assessment of suppliers and subcontractors
• Collaborates in the preparation of HSE reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Provides operational support during regulatory inspections and internal/external audits
• Promotes a proactive safety culture and behavioural safety initiatives at Site level
