Finance Controller

Role Overview

The Finance Controller is a key member of the country financial team, working directly with the Finance Director CEE to support business optimization and growth.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include coordinating month-end closing, preparing reports, monitoring capital expenditure requests, and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration or Financial Management
• 5-7 years of experience in finance and business controlling
• International Financial Reporting Standards knowledge
• English-advanced
• Knowledge of accounting principles and income tax and VAT Romanian regulations
• Advanced skills in financial analysis
• Experience in using accounting and budgeting
• Strong financial planning and organization skills
• Advanced knowledge of tax legislation
• Strong financial risk management skills
