Job Description
The Sr. Sourcing Analyst leads the tactical efforts supporting the effective procurement of all category needs within their assigned area, striving to purchase at the best total cost and maintaining our standards of quality and service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, or related fields; or comparable experience
- 1 to 3 years procurement/sourcing experience in direct materials sourcing is preferred
- Ability to create and deliver a strong and persuasive message through presentation materials and data
- Basic negotiation knowledge and skillset; default mindset to approach negotiations using data
- Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to the highest standards of personal and professional integrity
- Ability to organize and analyze data using a PC; Intermediate proficiency in Excel a must
- Experience Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required
- Experience in SAP is preferred
