Supply Planner, O&R

The Supply Planner, O&R role involves identifying and communicating supply constraints, participating in SOE and S&OP processes, and maintaining inventory levels in DCs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in inventory and supply planning. They will be proficient in SAP enterprise and APO supply planning systems, and have strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related analytical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of inventory and supply planning experience
• Proficient in SAP enterprise (or other ERP), APO, and ECC supply planning systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and lead others to achieve results
• Track record of improving processes and increasing efficiencies
• Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing multiple tasks
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
• Skilled at driving accountability and collaboration across internal functions
• Committed to continuous improvement
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
