Job Description
We are seeking a Billing and Risk Mitigation Associate to join our team in Cebu, Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and effective handling of account-related issues, including payment disputes and fraudulent transactions. They will also provide excellent customer service and support, while maintaining confidentiality of customer account information.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service
- At least 6 months experience in billing and/or fraud
- At least college level
