Job Description
We are looking for an IT Service Operations Analyst to join our Global Command Center team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the performance and stability of our product infrastructure and platforms across all data center and business locations.
Requirements
- Monitoring Server infrastructure, bandwidth utilization and website up-time through various monitoring applications
- Managing & driving restoration efforts for all IT incidents
- Providing timely, succinct and clear written and verbal communication to all stakeholders
- Managing ticket lifecycle of all major incidents
- Scheduling and driving postmortem meetings
- Tracking, reporting and managing all follow-up actions
- Reviewing all scheduled changes
- Identifying potential Problems based upon a set of qualifying criteria
