Senior Oracle PL/SQL developer

Newfold Digital is seeking a Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex database solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability for critical business applications.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement robust and efficient Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Optimize existing PL/SQL code and SQL queries for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with application development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform database performance tuning, including indexing strategies, query optimization, and schema design improvements.
• Develop and maintain data migration scripts and ETL processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database designs, procedures, and processes.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in production and development environments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all database operations.
