Job Description
Bluehost is seeking a Technical Content Writer to create and maintain clear, accurate technical documentation. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise in Linux CLI concepts, product functionality, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Subject matter expert in Linux CLI concepts, product functionality, and troubleshooting
- Experience authoring or editing content in a technical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-informed thinker who can identify trends in customer behavior and search usage
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Experience in a customer success–focused environment
- Familiarity with knowledge and content management systems such as Pega, Confluence, and Atlassian Suite
