Director, Operations

NewLimit is seeking a Director of Operations to support scientific teams and build a strong G&A function. This role will focus on increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and execution velocity, and will involve managing internal Operations team, serving as internal point of contact for Finance, Legal, and Business Development activities, and creating business development relationships.

Requirements

• Operating experience in a biotech, technology, or manufacturing company
• Degree in a technical field (natural sciences, computer science, engineering) strongly preferred
• Financial modeling skills
• Experience optimizing a scientific or technical system to improve quality or output
