Senior Research Associate, Single Cell Technology

NewLimit is seeking a Senior Research Associate with experience in molecular biology and automation to join our Single Cell Technology group. We are developing medicines to treat age-related diseases by reprogramming the epigenome—a novel therapeutic mechanism designed to restore regenerative potential in aged and diseased cells.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cell biology, molecular biology, engineering or a related natural science field
• 2+ years of work experience in molecular biology laboratory techniques and their automation (academic or industry)
• Experience with liquid handling systems for automating molecular biology, NGS and/or cell culture protocols
• Experience with NGS protocols & workflows (e.g., nucleic acid extraction, PCR, library construction and QC) and/or sample preparation for genomic applications including tissue isolation, dissociation, and cell culture
