Assistant Program Administrator for the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) Program

The School of Nursing and Allied Health at Newman University is seeking a full-time Assistant Program Administrator for the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) program. This position supports the day-to-day operations of the program and requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, a graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, clinical, and/or didactic roles.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program from a regionally accredited institution
• Earned doctoral degree (DNP, DNAP, PhD, or EdD)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative, clinical, and/or didactic roles
• Certification by the National Board of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Current, unencumbered Kansas credentials (RN license, APRN certification, and CRNA authorization)
• Demonstrated knowledge of anesthesia equipment, techniques, and procedures
• Preparation in curriculum development, instruction, testing, and evaluation
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
