Job Description
The Facility Coordinator / WAC R&D supports the Gatekeeper R&D and the Building Manager in organizing and coordinating services on the Dow site, including management and maintenance of building installations.
Requirements
- Independently solving small simple malfunctions in electrical and IT installations in buildings;
- Operational management, coordination, and monitoring of contracted suppliers in the daily execution of assignments;
- Maintaining, adjusting, correcting, and updating the FMIS system TRIRIGA;
- First point of contact for suppliers during the practical implementation of work on location;
- Taking care of and supervising the (occupational health and safety) aspects of safety, health, and well-being and following safety training courses.
- Handing over work permits on location and carrying out the SWA (start work analysis);
- Actively participating in safety observations and inspections;
- Reporting to the Facility Manager Building Installations on the progress and details of supplier work.
