This role is responsible for supporting senior asset managers in managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including monitoring financial reporting, aggregating property information, and analyzing operating statements. Key responsibilities include managing the draw review process, preparing quarterly asset reports, and performing covenant tests.
