Newport Mental Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Case Manager to join their team. The role focuses on providing high-quality care to clients through direct engagement, collaborative care, and support throughout the recovery process. They emphasize person-centered recovery and a commitment to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Woman, Veteran, and other underrepresented communities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in the Human Services field preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation to travel to facilities across the area.
