Job Description
Newport Mental Health is seeking a licensed clinician to provide assessment and treatment in our Enhanced Outpatient Services Team. The therapist will provide group, individual, and family therapy, conduct diagnostic assessments, and work with clients to create person-centered recovery plans.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy or a related clinical field
- Licensed at the independent practice level as defined by the Rhode Island Department of Health (LICSW) preferred. LCSW and LMHC will also be considered
- Minimum of two years of clinical work experience
- Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional through the Department of BHDDH within 2 months of employment
