Job Description
Newrez is seeking a Finance Manager to lead complex financial analyses, drive planning cycles, and provide strategic support to senior leadership. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, business acumen, and influence through direct or indirect people management.
Requirements
- Own the end-to-end FP&A processes for multiple or major business units
- Lead planning cycles and reporting for enterprise functions or multiple business units
- Build and maintain strategic models
- Lead financial modeling for key initiatives/special projects
- Synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights
- Manage relationship with senior business leaders
- Consolidate workstreams from multiple FP&A teams
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Act as a thought partner to business leaders
- Continuously refine and enhance FP&A tools, models, processes, and reporting frameworks
