The VP Product Management - Originations will drive the development of innovative lending solutions that transform application, underwriting, processing, post-close workflows.

Requirements

• Develop a comprehensive product strategy
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Define objectives and key results for H2O and LOS
• Hire and retain Product Leaders and Product Managers
• Lead the product development lifecycle
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Monitor progress against development timelines
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Understand customer pain points and workflows
• Define and track key performance indicators
• Proactively identify and resolve product issues
