Job Description
Join The New Rich as a Software Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers and contribute to development in React, PHP, and other technologies. Drive the technical roadmap, improve systems, and foster a healthy team culture. Requirements include 3+ years of team management experience, 5+ years of software development experience, and strong hands-on skills with React and PHP.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing small teams of engineers
- 5+ years of software development experience, including strong hands-on skills with React and PHP, Typescript, and Golang
- Experience building SaaS products
- Familiarity with AWS and cloud infrastructure best practices
- Experience building or designing systems such as social networks, messaging applications, ERP systems or CRMs
- Proven track record leading diverse and distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
