We are looking for an Exploitation Manager to ensure the smooth operation of building engineering systems and equipment, their maintenance and efficiency. The role involves working with clients and service providers to ensure the highest quality and contribute to sustainable building management.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Construction-engineering education
• Familiarity with regulations on building maintenance
• Ability to work with MS Excel and AutoCad
• B category driving license
• Experience in administrative positions in a construction company (asset)
