We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Bilingual Clerical Assistant to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth flow of production scheduling.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual; proficiency in English is required.
- Available to work between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience using Quickbooks software.
