Confidential Investigator - Office of Legal Affairs

Confidential Investigator position at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, responsible for investigating and managing complex, confidential sexual abuse and misconduct allegations. Conduct complainant, witness, and subject interviews, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, analyze video surveillance and other forensic evidence, and draft comprehensive reports of findings.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital locations throughout New York State
• Training and experience in trauma-informed investigative practices
• Experience leading investigations collaboratively across disciplines
• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
• Ability to conduct trauma-informed interviews of adults and minors
• Ability to complete comprehensive written reports detailing the results of each investigation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
• Experience with, or ability to learn and effectively use computer systems
