Job Description
Physician Assistants at NYP/Westchester are seeking an experienced PA to manage all aspects of care for the service line, including assessing inpatients for all acute needs and providing compassionate floor coverage. The role involves taking front line responsibility, managing patient assessments, ordering, handoff, and coordinating care. The PA will work collaboratively to address all acute patient needs and be part of a growing dynamic team of PAs shaping the future of patient care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in physician assistant studies
- Previous PA experience in Inpatient Medicine
- Bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies
- Current New York State Physician Assistant licensure
- National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Certified Life Support (ACLS)
