Specialist Engineer - Tender Installation

As a Specialist Engineer - Tender Installation, you will work with the Installation Tender Engineering team to develop competitive, safe, and technically sound installation and protection solutions for turnkey cable supply projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or equivalent experience
• Typically 10+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within installation, offshore, subsea, or power transmission projects
• Deep technical competence and system-level understanding within own discipline
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of complex tasks
• Proven capability and motivation to train and mentor others on advanced tools and methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and lead high-impact improvements
• Ability to adapt to change and perform under pressure
• High focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
