Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, from corporate functions and conferences to social gatherings and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Plan and execute a wide range of events from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients to determine event objectives and requirements
• Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Oversee event logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and accounted for
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on event goals and strategies
