Job Description
Servers.com is seeking a skilled Data Center Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies, ensure high service uptime, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Solid working knowledge of computer hardware
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent diagnostic skills
- Proven customer service acumen
- Solid working knowledge of various Linux distributions
- Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the LAMP stack
- Basic experience with Windows Server
- Basic networking knowledge
- Understanding of different RAID configurations
- Ability to setup and configure various operating systems
- Ability to appropriately set up and decommission hardware within the constraints of the data center
