Job Description
Nexeo Plastics is seeking an Application Development Engineer to develop new business and support existing accounts in the plastics industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree with plastics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in the plastics industry. The role will involve developing customer relationships, providing material and application expertise, and driving specific applications for push products.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree with plastics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the plastics industry
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct training sessions and build presentations for customers
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
