Job Description
Newfi Lending is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their Chandler, AZ office. This trainee position offers an opportunity to learn the ropes and build a strong foundation for potential in-house account executive roles. The role involves interacting directly with clients, identifying and escalating issues, and providing excellent customer service. Initial support will be provided by a Manager while the trainee gains experience.
Requirements
- 2 years’ Mortgage Customer Service experience or service industry experience
- Successful track record with Customer Service
- Strong ability to remain calm and positive in stressful situations
- Resourceful problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle any issues that arise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and LOS
- Strong judgment skills
- Ability to simplify and provide constructive feedback
