Job Description
We're looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our team. As the face of Connecteam, you'll be the first point of contact with our customers and will have a direct influence on our development and expansion. You'll be responsible for consulting businesses, providing top-notch customer service, and helping improve the product based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of Account Executive sales experience in SaaS companies, or at least 2 years of strong BDR/SDR experience in the SaaS space.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels in an organization.
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
- Energetic, positive, and motivated.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup dynamic environment.
