Job Description
Newfi Lending is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Remote) for the West Coast Wholesale division to build a legacy within a rapidly growing company. This role involves leading a team, recruiting top-tier talent, and ensuring exceptional client experience. The successful candidate will shape Newfi's presence and drive loan volume growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage originations (wholesale or consumer-direct lending).
- Proven track record of sales leadership, team building, and production management.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and loan products.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in LOS systems (LQB experience preferred).
