Job Description
NexGen Data Systems is seeking a first shift Firewall Engineer with experience supporting in-service systems for the worldwide network. The Firewall Engineer will troubleshoot issues in real time and engage with customers daily.
Requirements
- Active Department of Defense Secret level security clearance required.
- DoD Approved 8570 / 8140 OS and Cybersecurity certifications required.
- Cisco Certification (CCNA or CCNP) preferred.
- 4-5 years’ relevant experience in supporting a large network infrastructure.
- Strong working knowledge with Cisco devices, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
