Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for prospective patients, making a great first impression and ensuring every new patient gets scheduled quickly and correctly. The role involves answering and triaging the New Patient Hotline, monitoring and processing referral inboxes, completing intake and eligibility, and scheduling initial evaluations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in medical front office, call center, patient access, or care coordination
• Comfortable with high call volumes and multi-tasking between phone, email, and EMR
• Working knowledge of insurance basics and PI workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with EMR/PM systems and Outlook
