Job Description
Provide top-quality support to customers via telephone or email, resolve customer complaints, and maintain customer accounts and records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer inquiries
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- CRM experience, NetSuite preferred
