Job Description
This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with drivers and field personnel, data entry to maintain logs, and the ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Weighing and recording: Operate scales to weigh inbound and outbound vehicles, record weights and other relevant data, and create tickets or invoices for transactions.
- Logistics and dispatch: Prioritize and coordinate the movement of vehicles, crews, or equipment.
- Communication: Communicate with drivers, customers, and field personnel.
- Data management: Enter data into a computer system and maintain detailed logs of calls, activities, and inventory.
