Senior Manager, Software Engineering

NexHealth is looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead and scale their engineering teams responsible for building customer-facing applications and developer infrastructure.

• 7+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Exceptional people leadership skills
• Deep experience delivering complex, customer-facing software at scale
• Strong judgment in balancing product velocity with long-term technical quality
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive both technical and organizational roadmaps
