Job Description
NexHealth is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of its Synchronizer Core. This core is a real-time, bidirectional synchronization system, enabling EHR integration and driving modern healthcare experiences. The role involves leading a team, defining platform roadmaps, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-impact projects.
Requirements
- Proven track record (7+ years) leading engineering teams, including managing managers
- Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience coaching both engineers and managers
- Deep experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure systems
- Strong judgment in balancing engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
